Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your WalkingPad; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your treadmill in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in like-new condition and include all original accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Machine

  Securely place the WalkingPad in its original box with all foam inserts, remote controls, and power cables to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and schedule a carrier pickup or drop it off at an authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
